OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beijing Wanfeng Hengtong Technology Co., Ltd, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

10. Termination

If you access our Services through Google Play, you acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and us, not Google
• Google is not responsible for our Services or content
• Google has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
